Are you an enthusiastic consulting personality looking for a meaningful activity? For RAV Wolhusen we are looking for a flexible and change-ready personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You support and advise job seekers with the goal of rapid reintegration into the labor market.
- You actively manage the job market and mediate job seekers to employers through targeted further training and employment measures.
- You work actively and closely with other institutions, authorities, and specialist offices.
- You write general correspondence, orders, reports, protocols, and file management for the job seekers assigned to you.
- You are a competent contact person for social insurance law issues and you implement the Unemployment Insurance Act consistently, fairly, and transparently.
- You are willing to provide support at other RAV locations if needed.
Your skills
- You have completed a three-year training and have several years of professional experience in a service-oriented function in the field of placement, sales, or HR.
- You are a motivated and result-oriented personality with a good amount of life experience.
- Ideally, you have the federal HR specialist certificate. Otherwise, you are willing to complete the training "HR specialists with a focus on personnel consulting".
- You are administratively experienced, proficient in various MS Office applications, and convince with your organized, independent working style.
- You have a quick grasp, are resilient, and open to changes.
- You are service-oriented, communicate customer-oriented at eye level, and can assert yourself if necessary.
