Your Tasks
You take on daily responsibility in shift work. You accompany our residents in everyday life with appreciation and professionalism. With your modern understanding of care, you handle a wide variety of situations and are jointly responsible for the design and implementation of care processes. As a trainer, you take responsibility for the trainees. You lead their training in everyday nursing and support them in achieving their competence goals. With your professional pedagogical skills, you ensure the required training quality at Domicil Bern AG.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- At least two years of professional experience in the field
- Professional pedagogical further training of at least 40 learning hours
- Very good knowledge of German
- Experience in training apprentices
- Conscientious working style
- Service and customer orientation
- Consulting competence
- Communication skills
