About the job
The curative education day school of the Nathalie Foundation supports and cares for children and adolescents with complex developmental disorders (multiple disabilities, sensory disorders, and autism spectrum disorders). Several students exhibit highly challenging behaviors with self-injurious and injurious behavior towards others. To support our classes for students with very high care needs, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Care Specialist B or K at 50% to 70% (annual working time).Tasks:
‣ You accompany individual students during school hours and support the respective teacher
‣ You work closely with the class teachers
‣ You work constructively in the interdisciplinary team and with the parents
‣ You participate in internal professional consultations and training
‣ In case of staff shortages or challenging situations, you support other classes
