BV Landi March Cooperative is a regional company based in Wangen SZ. We operate a Landi store, an Agrola gas station with a shop, and a modern agricultural center with a feed filling facility. For regional agriculture, we are a reliable trading partner and provide our customers with personal and specialized advice. Our goal is to bring added value to our customers and to handle our services flexibly and straightforwardly.

In the agricultural sector, the long-standing head will retire in 2026. As part of the succession planning, a two-stage process is planned. We are looking for a

Deputy Head of Agriculture

• Advising agricultural customers
• Active sales of our agricultural products
• Personal care of customers and promotion of cooperation with young farming customers
• Planning and implementation of sales campaigns in coordination with our strategic business units
• Training in purchasing and demand-oriented procurement of agricultural production materials
• Ensuring product availability
• Scheduling and leading the agricultural team

• Professional experience in a comparable position at a Landi is desirable or training and further education in the green sector, e.g. agricultural merchant, agricultural technician with reference/experience in agricultural trade
• Sales flair and open, direct access to customers
• Sales training or further education is an advantage
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, willingness to learn industry software)
• Customer-oriented behavior as well as organizational talent
• You like to take responsibility and are interested in further training
• Leadership experience and enjoyment of working in a team

In addition to a varied, lively, and responsible activity, you will work in one of the most modern agricultural centers in Eastern Switzerland. You will lead a 6-person team together with the Head of Agricultural Trade.

Two-stage process: A targeted familiarization with all functions of the Head of Agriculture is planned. We will take at least 1 year together for this, in connection with our close partner companies LAVEBA and fenaco. If interested and suitable, there is the possibility to take over the management of the entire agricultural sector by mid-2026. This also includes a seat on the cooperative's management board.
