• You support the HR Business Partner in the administrative handling of all HR processes 
• You are the contact person for employees and managers on HR issues
• You take responsibility for the recruitment process in the assigned area
• You actively participate in the recruitment and support of our apprentices
• You handle time and absence management including accident and sickness management

• You have a commercial basic education and further training as an HR assistant with professional experience in a comparable position
• You are characterized as a loyal, trustworthy, humorous, and reliable personality
• You work independently, precisely, and reliably and enjoy contributing to a small team
• You enjoy developing new creative ideas and gaining new experiences in HR with your infectious positive attitude
