What you will achieve with us
- You lead the patient service team (around 40 employees, four group leaders as well as a deputy group leader) professionally and organizationally and actively develop it in the interdisciplinary rehab environment.
- Together with nursing, therapy, and kitchen, you and your team ensure high-quality, service-oriented, and empathetic care for our patients, especially in the area of food and beverages.
- Your appreciative and empathetic leadership motivates your team to dedicate themselves daily with commitment and heart to the well-being of our patients.
You inspire us…
- with your completed training in gastronomy EFZ as well as further training in leadership.
- if you additionally bring professional further training such as hotel management school HF (or equivalent).
- if you already have proven many years of leadership experience in a comparable position
- if you have solid PC user skills.
