• You advise your clients with commitment and responsibility, especially in telephone and written contact, on financing and pension topics
• You support and advise your mortgage clients, who mainly live outside the cantons of Bern and Solothurn, throughout their life cycle and at key events
• You maintain long-term customer relationships and sustainably expand them in your own customer portfolio
• You work side by side with our valued cooperation partners in the intermediary business, your helpful team members, and qualified specialists.

• You have several years of professional experience in banking, ideally with proven experience in private customer service and financing business
• With very good language skills in German (preferably also in French), you convince in advising and supporting your clients
• You are equipped with good communication and presentation skills and appreciate an open feedback culture
• You are a committed personality who likes to take initiative, thinks entrepreneurially, and is always curious
