Volkhardt Haus- und Grundstücksverwaltung GmbH is a family office of the Volkhardt family. We manage properties consisting of single-family homes, condominiums, plots of land, and commercial properties. In addition, we rent out the commercial spaces in the Hotel Bayerischer Hof.
As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Organizational, commercial, and technical management of the entrusted properties
- Tenant and customer support
- Control and awarding of external service and maintenance contracts
- Preparation of rental and construction contracts as well as contract management
- Cost and budget control, verification of invoices, and monitoring of contract fulfillment and warranty guarantees
- Acquisition of new tenants and participation in marketing activities
- Completed commercial training related to real estate, supplemented by relevant further education or training
- Strong technical understanding of construction and property-related matters
- Several years of leadership experience (at least 3 years) in property management, with budget and personnel responsibility
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office and common property management software
- Sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations (e.g., EnEV, rental and property law)
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills to optimize processes and ensure high service quality
- Communication and negotiation skills in dealing with tenants, service providers, owners, and authorities
