With the opening of the second Internal Medicine ward, the nursing management is looking to complement our team for the Department of Internal Medicine at the Tafers location with a

Dipl. Nurse (50-100%) For a fixed-term contract of 8 to 12 months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract

Responsibilities

• You provide high-quality care in collaboration with patients and their environment, taking into account the applicable nursing guidelines.
• You promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it, both at the team and hospital level.
• You assess your performance and adjust it in the interest of continuous quality improvement.
• You contribute to the further development of the department.
• You supervise, support, and advise new employees as well as trainees and students.

Profile

• Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH/DNII/AKP
• It is an advantage if you have professional experience in acute care.
• Fluent in German, knowledge of French is an advantage.
• You are proficient in common IT programs.
• You bring a dynamic and constructive attitude.
• You possess social competence, teamwork ability, and communication skills.
• If interested, there is the possibility to work as a practical trainer or to complete the training.
