ICT Supporter 80 - 100 %

The city of Dietikon is the fifth largest municipality in Zurich and at the same time the district capital in the Limmattal with over 28,000 inhabitants. It offers its residents a well-developed infrastructure and diverse cultural opportunities. 

We are looking for a ICT Supporter starting November 1, 2025 or by arrangement

• First point of contact for our end users for IT questions and fault reports (Service Desk and 1st Level)
• Recording, classifying and processing service requests via telephone and ticket system
• Efficient and solution-oriented support for technical problems, both via remote maintenance and on site
• Installation and configuration of new PC workstations, peripherals and mobile devices
• Support with IT rollouts as well as on- and offboarding processes
• Participation in projects to further develop our support and IT services
• Documentation of solutions, workarounds and processes as well as creation of training materials
• Collaboration with external IT service providers and manufacturers

• Completed training in the field of computer science (e.g. computer scientist EFZ, ICT specialist)
• Professional experience in IT support and system administration
• Good knowledge of current Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and common hardware and software.
• Independent and proactive working style
• Communicative, resilient and team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
• Good oral and written communication skills in German
