YOUR TASKS

• Commissioning of humidification, dehumidification, and water treatment systems
• Adjustments, maintenance, servicing, and repair work on humidification systems with direct room, adiabatic air, steam air, and comfort humidification as well as evaporative coolers, dehumidification systems, adsorption dryers, and water treatment systems
• Installation of adiabatic air humidification systems
• Technical support and consulting for customers and partner companies
• Technical support for our field staff
• Providing telephone on-call service, approx. 6 weeks per year in the evenings/weekends (after completion of the training phase)

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed vocational training in the electrical, refrigeration, automotive, or sanitary sector and/or technical basic training with solid experience as a service technician
• Basic knowledge of electricity as well as good knowledge in electronics, automation systems, and control technology is an advantage
• Positive attitude as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Organizational and sales flair
• Reliability and quality awareness
• Interest in technological advances and further training
• High willingness to travel, approx. 50% in the canton of Bern, the rest throughout Switzerland (partly with overnight stays).
• Driver's license category B
• Fluent German skills, French and English are an advantage
