Junior Italian-speaking Lawyer (m/f/x) 60%

To strengthen our Personal Insurance department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a French-speaking Lawyer at 60%, for Personal Insurance services.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Handle disputes related to accident insurance, issue decisions on oppositions and legal writings
• Handle disputes related to sickness loss of earnings insurance, negotiate, mediate and draft legal writings
• Analyze and respond to legal questions from case managers in LAA and sickness loss of earnings, underwriters, and brokers
• Actively participate in projects and internal training

Your profile:

• Master's degree in law or equivalent qualification
• Ideally some initial experience in a similar role in the social insurance field
• Native French speaker with proficiency in Italian
• Proficient in common IT tools (MS Office)
