About the job
Whether customer orders after purchase or creative own products - you and the team are in demand from order to delivery. Well planned is half the work - thanks to your planning and your enthusiasm for knowledge transfer, you produce various customer orders and own products with the inmates from an educational perspective. You organize the daily structure for the inmates and convey the joy of daily work through your creativity. With your ingenuity, you develop new products, establish new customer contacts, and find new sales opportunities. If necessary, you take over the deputy role in other work areas.
Completed vocational training (EFZ), preferably as a carpenter, as well as several years of relevant professional experience. High social and self-competence as well as teamwork and flexibility. Resilience and a positive attitude towards modern penal system. Open to other cultures and religions. Confident German language skills in speaking and writing; foreign language skills are an advantage. Willingness to train as a work educator (part-time).
