Job Description

• Close collaboration with the CFO of ETA SA and the legal department of Swatch Group in Biel
• Advice and support to all departments of ETA SA, especially in the following areas: human resources, purchasing, product development, Real Estate and IT
• Management and monitoring of civil, administrative and criminal procedures
• Review, drafting and negotiation of contracts in all legal areas
• Responsibility for contract follow-up (sending, receiving, checking and collecting signatures)
• Responsibility for maintaining the electronic contract management system

Job requirements

• Legal studies in Switzerland (Master of Law), a lawyer's license is an advantage
• First professional experience (preferably in the industrial sector or in a law firm)

Language skills

• Native German or French speaker, you have very good oral knowledge of the other language and good knowledge of English
