To complete its team, the Public Law Center of the Faculty of Law, Criminal Sciences and Public Administration is looking for a Graduate Assistant at 80% or 100%.

Contract duration: 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years

Your activities
The base activity rate for this position is 80%.
Half of this rate (40%) is dedicated to the assistantship itself (supporting the professor in her teaching and research activities: supervising students, helping prepare courses, collaborating on research projects and scientific publications, assisting in organizing scientific events).
The remaining 40% is legally reserved for personal research (doctoral thesis). The hired person will also have the opportunity to teach practical legal methodology classes, which corresponds to an additional activity rate of 20% (total: 100%).
Your profile
We wish to hire, to complete our team, a person with the following profile:
- Very good Bachelor and Master degrees in law (or equivalents)
- Perfect oral and written command of French, very good knowledge of German and English
- Strong interest in public law in the broad sense (including constitutional law, administrative law, public international law, and European law), legal theory and/or comparative law
- Willingness to write a doctoral thesis in one of the aforementioned fields
- Enthusiasm, initiative, team spirit, ability to work precisely and autonomously, very good organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer and new technology skills
