Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for Turning/Milling!
Activities
- Pressing and mechanical processing of components on the pressing machines (manual, hydraulic, and CNC-controlled)
- Documenting and updating work papers
- General tinsmith work (grinding, straightening, bending, etc.)
- Daily maintenance of the pressing machines
- Keeping the workplace tidy and clean
- Assisting in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a production or polymechanic technician
- Training as a production mechanic or machine operator in a metal processing production company
- General professional experience in processing sheet metal components /
- Metal parts
- Quality awareness
- Responsibility for work according to specifications
- Adherence to production deadlines
- Interest in technical contexts
- Practical and technical understanding
