Responsibilities:

• You independently programme the assigned machines

  
  

• You monitor and optimise production processes with attention to detail

  
  

• You create and optimise CNC programmes with precision and according to specifications

  
  

• You pass on instructions to employees and ensure a smooth shift change

  
  

• You handle production disruptions

  
  

• You actively contribute ideas for improvement and further development

  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic

  
  

• Knowledge of machine types Star, Tornos, Hanwha or Citizen and Fanuc control systems

  
  

• Programming skills in new part production as well as optimisation of CNC programmes

  
  

• Enjoyment and experience in guiding CNC mechanics

  
  

• Team player, proactive person with very good communication skills

  
  

• High quality awareness and good eyesight
