Deputy Shift Supervisor / Plastics Processing
In this exciting role, you are jointly responsible for the cooperative and committed leadership of your team in a 2-shift operation (late/night).
WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:
- Assisting in the leadership, planning, organization, and coordination of the entire shift team (5-10 employees)
- Co-responsibility for order processing and production control
- Support in ensuring an optimal shift handover
- Conducting initial sample inspections according to inspection plans
- Deputizing for the shift supervisor during their absence
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Professional experience in a production company, preferably with leadership experience
- Basic technical training
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good PC user skills (MS Office)
- High degree of reliability, flexibility, and teamwork
- Assertiveness and organizational talent
