Skills
- Preferably a CAS in Psychotraumatology or willingness to obtain it.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Strong PC skills and excellent German language proficiency.

- Support for people with post-traumatic stress disorder in an inpatient setting
- Key person and core team work in the interprofessional team
- Implementation of the nursing process
- Active participation in shaping and implementing change processes
- Active involvement in the further development of the service
- Delegated professional and operational management of the ward in the absence of the ward manager
Profile
- Preferably CAS in psychotraumatology or willingness to complete such additional training
- Composure, assertiveness, and resilience
- Independent working and willingness to take responsibility
- Good PC user skills and very good knowledge of German
