Your Tasks
As the person responsible for the day, you support and accompany the team through the workday and demonstrate your organizational skills. You are in direct contact with relatives, trusted persons, and other interfaces. You take responsibility for professional care and support of our residents. You help to shape the care processes in the long term. You independently organize your area of competence applying professional and internal standards and guidelines.
As an RAI Supervisor, together with our RAI expert, you take responsibility for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument. You work on the implementation and review of the internal interRAI LTCF process, support the care team, and shape the care planning. You ensure correct and comprehensible coding. Furthermore, you monitor and analyze RAI-specific and medical quality indicators. In addition, you are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for audits.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS) or secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Further training as RAI Supervisor
- Modern understanding of care and high social competence
- Empathetic and appreciative interaction
- Professional handling of complex situations
- Joy in sharing knowledge as well as promoting and supporting employees
