Your tasks
- Independent, competent, and resource-oriented care and advice for our clients
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of the nursing diagnostic process
- Co-responsibility in ensuring the required quality of care
- Collaboration with relatives and other professionals
- Close cooperation within the interprofessional team
Your profile
- Certified Nursing Specialist HF, DN II, AKP or SRK-recognized tertiary level education
- Experience in Spitex is an advantage
- High professional and social skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work in a team
- Independent and responsible working style
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Driver's license category B
