In the Directorate of Nursing, Therapies and Social Work, at the Zurich Lenggstrasse location, we are looking for a replacement due to retirement as of May 1, 2026, or by agreement
Your tasks
- Representation of the head of the occupational therapy department and taking over defined management tasks
- Professional leadership, guidance and evaluation of directly subordinate employees
- Participation in the professional development of the occupational therapy services
- Collaboration with the occupational therapy team, the management team of the Therapies and Social Work area, as well as the interprofessional treatment teams
- Participation in internal and external project and working groups
- Ensuring the flow of information
- Occupational therapy patient treatment as needed and according to capacity
Your profile
- Recognized training as an occupational therapist FH, with SRK recognition for foreign applicants
- Leadership experience and further training in the area of leadership
- Solid occupational therapy expertise as well as evidence-based practical experience, preferably in the field of psychiatry
- Independent, efficient and service-oriented working style
- Value-based, responsible and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Enjoyment in conceptual co-design
- Very good communication skills as well as oral and written language proficiency
- Good organizational and coordination skills and IT user knowledge
- Resilient and experienced personality with a passion for acute psychiatry
