The elderly and health care sector includes two modern centers with around 130 residents, a day care center, a home care organization, various housing options for seniors, as well as comprehensive advisory services. In total, around 240 employees are committed to the well-being and care of elderly people in the region.

- Taking over daily responsibility within the scope of the reduced workload
- Contact person for residents, relatives, and professionals
- Collaboration in service recording using BESA and nursing documentation
- Supporting constructive and team-oriented cooperation in everyday nursing care
- Participation in continuous quality development
- Involvement in the onboarding of new team members

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in long-term or dementia care is an advantage
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
- Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
- Flexibility, reliability, and empathy
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as confident IT user skills
