Springers are teachers who are employed part-time at a school but do not teach any fixed assigned lessons. They can be deployed by the school management at short notice for all subjects in case of unforeseen absences of a teacher.

High flexibility
The district school of Wohlen includes 18 classes. For many years, we have been working in learning landscapes where students work part of the teaching time self-organized, supervised by the teacher at their own workplace.
We provide an O2O solution for the students. The teachers also receive their own laptop. The classrooms are equipped with a projector and visualizer. Teams and OneNote are used regularly.

We have been working with the Springer model for many years. The school management and the teachers highly appreciate the work of the Springer and are used to collaborating with him or her.
We offer a versatile and varied activity in different classes.
There is the possibility to complement the workload with the Springer workload at the real and secondary school.
