What the position offers you
- As the first point of contact for our customers, you showcase our appliances by planning and providing individual advice to customers on our kitchen and laundry appliances
- When planning and implementing sales promotion measures, you do not just support but actively participate in their design and skillfully use your expertise and ideas
- You support the ZUGORAMA team and the external sales service in their administrative and organizational tasks
- You are also responsible for processing and following up on offers and orders
- You represent our company at fairs and exhibitions and help to excite people interested in our products
What you bring
- You have a professional apprenticeship in the commercial field or an equivalent training in sales - you will also shine with us with training in gastronomy or hospitality
- As an expressive, approachable, and trustworthy personality, you succeed in inspiring our customers with content, whether in writing, auditory, or visual form
- You surprise us with your technical knowledge in the field of household appliances or you are not afraid to acquire it
- You confidently use common MS Office programs and have initial experience with SAP
- You speak and write fluent French and have good knowledge of German. If you also have knowledge of English, then we are impressed
