Your tasks

Technical advice to our customers by phone
Checking technical feasibility
Recording orders and triggering orders
Creating CAD drawings
Coordination with internal departments

Your profile

Basic training in the wood or metal construction industry
Technical or commercial further training is an advantage
CAD knowledge
Professional experience in a similar function
Competent and winning appearance
High customer and service orientation
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
French in spoken and written form is mandatory
