Your Tasks
- Care and monitoring of patients (m/f/d) in orthopedics and trauma surgery after operations and accidents
- Performing basic and treatment care while adhering to hygiene regulations
- Pain management, mobilization, and support of early rehabilitation
- Assistance with wound care as well as plaster and splint application
- Care of patients (m/f/d) with fractures, joint replacements, or complex injuries (e.g., polytrauma)
- Preparation, accompaniment, and follow-up of diagnostic measures as well as interdisciplinary collaboration
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Experience in orthopedics, trauma surgery, or surgical nursing desirable but not required
- Interest in acute care, postoperative care, and mobilization of patients (m/f/d)
- High social competence and empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
- Ability to work in a team, commitment, and sense of responsibility
- Structured and independent way of working
