This is what you do with us:
- You lead and manage the team of the Palliative Care department at Spitex Canton Zug.
- You and your team are responsible for a professional and customer-oriented delivery of our services. The focus is on care quality, employee and customer satisfaction.
- You accompany and lead recruitment and further development processes of the employees.
- You work interdisciplinarily with various professional groups and specialist teams.
- You make a differentiated assessment of care, plan it and implement it - even in complex, palliative situations.
- You advise relatives as well as employees on the topic of Palliative Care.
- You are responsible for the quality and implementation of the service mandate and the care process.
What you bring with you:
- You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH and have completed additional training in Palliative Care (at least B1). You also have 2 years or more of professional experience in the field of Palliative Care.
- You have completed leadership training or are willing to complete one.
- You work independently and responsibly; Spitex experience is an advantage.
- You have already gained experience in participating in controls of the qualitative and professional development of care.
- You can express yourself appropriately, differentiated and understandably according to the situation.
- You have pronounced professional and social competence and are resilient.
- You bring IT skills according to ECDL. Nexus is an advantage.
- You have a category B driving license.
