Here you can contribute your expertise: 

• Accounting: You support the optimization and redesign of processes. Advise on ESG topics or accompany software implementations. 
• Risk & Regulatory: You work on the analysis of regulatory requirements and their practical implementation while keeping an eye on current impulses around Sustainable Finance, financial crime, and digitalization. 
• Treasury / Capital Investment: Contribute to the design of investment strategies, especially in deriving strategic asset allocations or sustainable portfolio alignment. 
• Controlling: Shape the transformation of our clients into first-class financial organizations by developing and optimizing bank control and reporting processes. 
• Projects: You are responsible for planning, managing, and implementing exciting (sub-)projects. 
• Acquisition: Based on your expertise and industry knowledge, you actively participate in project acquisition.    
• Responsibility: Develop innovative products together, write your own articles, or organize customer events.

Your skills:

• Successful university degree (economics, e.g., business administration, economics, business administration, or natural sciences, e.g., mathematics, physics).
• Professional experience (in consulting, at an auditing firm, in the financial or insurance industry, or at a FinTech). 
• Leadership: You have initial leadership experience, are strong in communication, and appear motivating and appreciative.
• Customer orientation is very important to you. The customer is always the focus in ongoing project work.
• German and English are spoken fluently by you. Ideally, you speak the respective local language for one of our international locations. #LI-LARA  #LI-Hybrid
