- A completed apprenticeship as an automobile specialist or mechatronics technician
- Professional experience with various car brands (the more diverse, the better!)
- Passion for screwing, oiling, testing, and solving
- Precision, flexibility, and the ability to deliver clean work even without a boss watching
- Team spirit – because being alone is boring
- Stress resistance (yes, even on Mondays)
- Very good German in spoken and written form (so you don’t accidentally turn a convertible into an SUV)
- Driver's license category B – BE would be the cherry on top
Requirements
- Repairs, service & maintenance work on all kinds of vehicles
- MFK preparations (so the expert has nothing to complain about)
- Operating diagnostic devices like a tech pro (we’re talking multi-brand!)
- Hunting and fixing electronic errors (yes, even the nasty ones that only occur sometimes)
- Installing accessories – from navigation systems to rearview cameras
- Working independently and still not being left alone
