Your Tasks

Preparation and execution of offer comparisons for optimal and cost-efficient patient care
Design of negotiation strategies
Conducting negotiations with selected suppliers up to contract conclusion
Development of the procurement strategy for various product groups
Responsibility for selected product groups including purchasing controlling
Support in the implementation of purchasing and specialist group resolutions
Product and supplier streamlining at group level
Management of procurement projects
Preparation of contract documents including technical and legal coordination and finalization with suppliers

Your Profile

Completed studies in business administration or health management or completed training as a nursing specialist
Knowledge in the analysis and processing of large data sets
Experience in strategic and operational purchasing in healthcare
Good product knowledge in healthcare desirable
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially spreadsheets and PowerPoint
Very good English skills, spoken and written
Confident interaction with a wide variety of people and situations, strong communication skills as well as strong persuasiveness
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
Strong service orientation, high flexibility and reliability
Willingness to travel (driving license class B)
