Swissgrid operates a modern and integrated SAP environment to efficiently support company-wide business processes. A wide range of modules is in use, consisting of S/4HANA modules and consulting solutions as well as SAP cloud solutions including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
The SAC represents the central component for corporate planning and reporting at Swissgrid. All relevant figures for, for example, tariff planning, regulatory segment considerations, coverage differences, etc. are consolidated in the SAC. Ensuring electricity in Switzerland
As the service responsible for SAC, you are the primary contact person for the process and application owners of the specialist departments. You capture their needs, develop suitable solutions together with them as well as the specialists of the SAP Competence Center and the Application Management Partner, and coordinate their reliable and requirement-compliant provision. The following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:
- You are the service responsible for SAC at Swissgrid and continuously develop this business service according to business requirements
- When implementing business requirements, you take an end-to-end view and also coordinate tasks of adjacent business services
- With your solid SAC knowledge, you are able to implement urgent business requirements yourself
- You respond quickly and reliably to the requirements of the specialist departments, discuss possible solution variants with them, and ensure their implementation according to requirements
- You understand the importance of corporate planning, respond to ad-hoc requests from the business confidently and reliably, and ensure the implementation of suitable solutions according to urgency
- You build sustainable and reliable relationships with the responsible process and application owners of the specialist departments
- You work closely with your team and employees of the Application Management Partner, involve them in requirements analysis and the development of the solution design, and thus ensure the sustainable further development of the SAC environment at Swissgrid

For this role, we are looking for a reliable and competent personality with high consulting competence and pronounced communication skills. You are a team player with a hands-on mentality, have very good conceptual and analytical skills, and bring comprehensive methodological knowledge.
- Preferably a completed degree with a focus on computer science / business administration or a comparable course of study
- Many years of experience in collecting, coordinating, and implementing business requirements
- Professional understanding of financial planning/corporate planning
- Sound knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud for planning (creation of data models, planning masks, data actions, etc.) as well as for reporting (creation of data models, stories, dashboards, reporting and planning authorizations in SAC and S/4 HANA)
- Practical experience and solid knowledge in Advanced Formula Data Actions programming in SAC
- Know-how in Fiori Analytics customizing, eBW as well as S/4HANA Embedded Analytics is a plus
- Very good German and English skills, French is a plus
