Your Tasks

- You actively and passionately contribute to the development and further advancement of the interprofessional palliative care consultation service
- Together, we focus on person-centered counseling and support for our patients and their close relatives
- You support and accompany the care teams as well as internal and external network partners with professional expertise in complex situations
- Collaboration on equal footing across departments and professional groups is a lived practice for you
- Together with nursing professional development, you take on professional responsibility and shape the further development of nursing expertise
- You are part of the established oncological nursing consultation service
Your Profile
- Certified nursing professional with a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) degree
- Further training in Palliative Care (DAS, HFPP Palliative Care, or MAS Palliative Care)
- Two years of professional experience in the field of Palliative Care is an advantage
- Knowledge and interest in the field of oncology
- You are eager to actively shape the interprofessional palliative consultation service and to explore new paths in palliative care and oncology
