We are looking for a Customer Service Host(ess) at 20% for our FNAC Lausanne store (Canton of Vaud), available on Saturdays.
Your Missions
• You are responsible for informing customers to ensure them quality service
• You handle product checkouts
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty

• You are very comfortable with human relations and customer service
