To strengthen our team in Reinach, we are looking for you as
Health Professional (60-100%) with Vocational Training Function
Your tasks as a Health Professional:
- Independent, competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care of our clients of all ages with a wide variety of medical conditions
- Together with a certified HF nursing specialist, you take case responsibility for a certain number of clients
- Active participation in the care process
- Supporting our clients in a self-determined everyday life at home
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors and other services
Your tasks as a vocational trainer:
- Training apprentices in basic and catch-up training as health professionals in practice
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of the learning process
- Conducting progress discussions
- Carrying out competency assessments as well as the qualification procedure in practice
- Collaboration with the person responsible for education and further training
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training as a health professional EFZ
- Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
- An independent, responsible way of working
- Open-minded, flexible and empathetic personality with good social skills
- Enjoyment in training and supporting young people
- Willingness to be on the road by car or e-bike
