Clerk Registration Procedure 80 - 100%At the heart of the economy! This is where we operate at the Commercial Register Office of the Canton of Zurich, processing over 70,000 business cases every year with our 75 employees.
We are the central contact point for all company registrations in the Canton of Zurich and thus make a decisive contribution to transparency and legal certainty in economic transactions.

As our new Clerk for Registration Procedures 80-100% (limited to two years) starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, you will be an important part of our young, eleven-member clerical team.
What is your task?
- After careful training, you will efficiently and independently handle numerous registration transactions in the areas of sole proprietorships, general and limited partnerships, stock corporations, limited liability companies, cooperatives, associations, foundations, and branches of domestic and foreign companies
- You will diligently check commercial register applications and documents for legal compliance and completeness
- You will prepare error-free registration orders
- You will provide competent and friendly information to our customers, i.e., companies, lawyers, fiduciary firms, and private individuals
What do you bring?
- A marble cake on your first day of work (alternatively, a lemon cake is also fine)
- You have completed your commercial training and already have several years of professional experience in a comparable work environment
- You are interested in legal and corporate law topics and are confident in dealing with legal texts
- Your quick comprehension, interconnected thinking, and very efficient working style characterize you
- You are up to date with computer technology and navigate confidently in digital work environments
- You have excellent German skills and ideally additional foreign language skills
