Turning and milling of prototypes and small series in stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic
Independent programming with Inventor CAM
Setup and operation of 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines:
- Controls: Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Mazatrol
- Machines: Mazak INTEGREX 200-IV, Doosan Puma 600M, Doosan Mynx, and Ibarmia ZVH45/L2200
Occasional work on conventional machines
Independent quality inspection
Participation in new product developments
