• Independent management of a portfolio of private clients (CPI)
• Comprehensive and personalized advice on loans, pension plans, insurance, and investments
• Support for clients throughout life and property stages (purchase, financing, transfer, renovations, etc.)
• Identifying and exploiting client potential through active and regular planning
• Developing solutions tailored to the specific needs of the segment
• Encouraging and guiding clients in adopting digital solutions
• Active involvement in prospecting campaigns and local events

• Complete banking training (CFC or equivalent)
• Federal diploma or higher education, an asset
• Proven experience in private client advisory
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills, solution orientation, and initiative
• Knowledge of the economic fabric of our region
• Resident in Switzerland, ideally in Lavaux
