Main tasks in this role
- Responsibility for small and medium installation projects on site
- Leading a team and planning personnel deployment
- Passionate leadership of employees and apprentices at the "front"
- Organization of the construction site
- Execution of necessary administrative tasks on the construction site
- Ordering materials and coordinating with other trades
- Reliable recording of additional orders and time and material orders
- Maintaining good relations with the client
- Link between client (owner / planner) and company
- Planning + organizing the necessary inspections
- Responsibility for construction site safety
Your profile
- Training as an electrical installer EFZ and several years of professional experience
- Further training in the electrical installation field
- Strong customer orientation
- High initiative and enjoyment of a wide scope of action
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Reading and understanding plans and diagrams
- High commitment and good organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility
