Main tasks in this role

• Responsibility for small and medium installation projects on site
• Leading a team and planning personnel deployment
• Passionate leadership of employees and apprentices at the "front"
• Organization of the construction site 
• Execution of necessary administrative tasks on the construction site 
• Ordering materials and coordinating with other trades
• Reliable recording of additional orders and time and material orders
• Maintaining good relations with the client
• Link between client (owner / planner) and company 
• Planning + organizing the necessary inspections 
• Responsibility for construction site safety 

Your profile

• Training as an electrical installer EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Further training in the electrical installation field
• Strong customer orientation 
• High initiative and enjoyment of a wide scope of action
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Reading and understanding plans and diagrams
• High commitment and good organizational skills
• High sense of responsibility
