- Sales of complex investment solutions, focusing on Private Markets (Private Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Mortgages)
- Maintenance and support of existing customer relationships as the primary contact for the AXA BVG Foundation Western Switzerland and other partial/independent pension funds regarding all asset management relevant topics
- Responsible for the Romandie region
- Responsibility for achieving volume and revenue targets
- Co-design and implementation of product and sales strategies
- Close collaboration with the asset management specialists, the pension department, and distribution
- Preparation of customer presentations and offers
- Preparation and presentation at internal and external events
- Taking over and leading strategically important projects
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed university degree in finance and/or comparable education. Finance-specific further education (CFA, AZEK, etc.) is an advantage
- More than 5 years of professional experience in asset management and solid know-how in various asset classes
- Proven success in selling complex investment solutions in the Swiss pension fund market
- Excellent French skills. Very good German and English skills.
- Strong network with Swiss pension funds and their investment advisors
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and occupational pensions
- Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial and proactive thinking; high self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and team orientation.
