Children, adolescents, and families are at the center of our work. We dedicate ourselves to them daily with great passion and commitment.
The career, study, and career counseling informs and advises young people and adults on all questions related to education and training as well as profession and career. For the biz Uster (Career Information Center), we are looking for a career, study, and career advisor with a workload of 60 - 80% starting February 1, 2026, or by agreement.
A focus of your activity is on initial training counseling for young people in individual settings. You work closely with secondary schools and conduct school office hours. Another focus is career counseling for adults. In addition, you participate in our information desk, various projects, events, and workshops.
You bring:
- a recognized degree or an advanced training in career, study, and career counseling
- professional experience in career and career counseling
- solid knowledge of counseling methods and diagnostic tools
- a strong service and quality orientation
- a solution-oriented attitude as well as an independent working style
- a committed and humorous personality with a winning appearance
- competence in working with people of different levels of demand
- good user knowledge of MS Office
