Projects: You independently manage new construction and renovation projects as a user representative in the 3-role model – from operational concept and space program to scheduling and budgeting as well as implementation support.

Conceptualization: You develop project-related concepts and write reports as well as applications (e.g., investment applications, recommendations) for the department and division management.

Quality: You ensure quality assurance in construction and safety measures and represent user interests towards internal and external partners.

Your Profile

Experience: You bring project experience in complex environments and apply your consulting skills and negotiation expertise confidently and goal-oriented.

Personality: You have a flair for technical issues, think analytically, and communicate clearly. You apply your IT knowledge and methodological skills purposefully.

Education: You have a tertiary education (HF or FH) with a technical or business background – e.g., in architecture, construction planning – and recognized further training in FM and project management.

Language: Your flawless German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
