The geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy departments located at Minervastrasse and Lenggstrasse offer inpatient, outpatient, and day clinic services for patients aged 65 and older, focusing on dementia, affective disorders, addiction disorders, pain, sleep disorders, and psychoses.
For the inpatient position at the Lenggstrasse location, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Ensuring competent patient care in the assigned area
- Senior medical leadership of the interdisciplinary team
- Training of subordinate assistant physicians
- Conducting internal case supervisions
- Conducting student teaching
- Participation in internal and cross-departmental projects as well as committees
- Participation in on-call senior physician service
Your profile
- Medical license (requirement: Swiss professional recognition MEBEKO & German language registration)
- Completed or advanced training as a specialist FMH in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- You place the person at the center of your work
- Experience in geriatric psychiatric care is an advantage
- You are resilient, a team player, and interested in interprofessional collaboration
- You are used to working independently, taking responsibility, and making decisions
