Welcome to Medbase Kriens Mattenhof
Our versatile, modern Medical Center is located directly at the Kriens Mattenhof S-Bahn station. The Mattenhof micropolis attracts with a diverse range of sports, shopping, and catering options.
About 30 employees from the disciplines of General Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Diabetology as well as Ophthalmology with Orthoptics and ENT work together interprofessionally. In addition, we operate a public pharmacy integrated into the Medical Center.
We maintain close cooperation with our partners LUKS, Nidwalden Hospital, Oviva, and Medbase Lucerne Allmend. At Medbase Kriens Mattenhof, we value a balanced work-life balance.
Working part-time is possible in all functions, and working hours can be flexibly arranged.
What you can achieve
As an MPA, you are the first contact person for our patients and ensure a pleasant practice experience. Medbase offers you a dynamic team that values quality and collegiality.
Patient reception and administration
Scheduling and documentation, service recording using Axenita
Performing various laboratory tests
Administration of injections and infusions
Fully digital X-rays of extremities and orthopedic special images
24-hour blood pressure measurements, lung function tests, and recordings of resting ECG and application of long-term ECG
Assistance with minor surgical procedures, application of plaster splints, wound checks, and dressing changes
Independent performance of ophthalmological technical examinations
Various allergological diagnostic clarifications such as skin prick tests and nitrogen measurements
What you bring
Training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
Willingness to further train as a trainer and/or in X-ray technology
Organizational talent and enjoyment in patient care
Empathy and flexibility
Team spirit and humor in challenging situations
Good German skills (at least B2 level)
