The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.
With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Head of HR (m/f/d), 80-100%
We are looking for a new Head of HR for our locations in Gontenschwil, Lenzburg, and Baden starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Leadership & Strategy: You lead the HR team (with an HR generalist and HR assistant) purposefully and continuously develop it. As a member of the extended management team, you actively participate in organizational development. You also lead projects to modernize and digitize the HR function and optimize processes and structures.
- HRM Services: You are responsible for all HR processes along the employee life cycle and ensure efficient administration (including payroll). In day-to-day business, you pitch in and support your team with complex issues. You contribute to staffing plans and budgets. You ensure compliance with legal requirements, maintain HR policies, directives, and standards. Additionally, you manage occupational health management and use HR metrics purposefully for further development.
- Management Support & Culture: You advise managers and employees on all HR topics and provide impulses in personnel and leadership development.
- Innovation & Employer Branding: You take a leading role in further developing employment conditions and benefits. You drive cultural transformation forward and strengthen the positioning of KIH as an attractive employer.
Your profile
- Commercial or comparable basic training and further education in HR (e.g., Federal HR Specialist Certificate or degree with HR specialization)
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a comparable position
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to all locations
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and conflict resolution competence
- We desire an attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
