Deputy Chief Financial Officer

To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a committed, digitally savvy personality with drive who wants to take responsibility and actively help shape the further development of our financial processes. In this key position, you report directly to the CFO and work in a team of 5 employees. You are the CFO's sparring partner and actively contribute your ideas. You think along, think ahead, and take co-responsibility for the strategic and digital development of the finance department – with plenty of room to rethink and noticeably improve processes.

Finance & Controlling

• Deputizing the CFO in professional, personnel, and organizational matters
• Co-responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements
• Budgeting, forecasting, and KPI preparation
• Further development of financial processes and internal controls
• Preparation and review of tax returns as well as VAT statements
• Support during audits and analyses

Digitalization & Processes

• Active participation and leadership of digitalization projects in the finance area
• Optimization and automation of processes
• Further development of the Abacus environment and its usage

• Commercial training with further education in finance/accounting (e.g., FA Finance and Accounting)
• Experience in accounting, controlling, or fiduciary services
• Very good Abacus knowledge
• High digital affinity and enjoyment of modern working methods
