Your Tasks
- Taking over the professional and organizational tasks in the area of caretaking
- Contact person for the various stakeholders
- Supporting the hotel management in projects and optimizing operational processes
- Carrying out repair and renovation work in the apartments and the building
- Instruction of residents on technical devices

Your Profile
- Completed three-year basic training in a technical or craft profession (preferably electrical, sanitary, heating, ventilation)
- Further training as a caretaker with a federal diploma is an advantage
- Good IT skills
- German spoken and written as well as understanding of the dialect
- High service orientation and safety awareness
- Independence, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Resilience and composure
- Communication skills as well as understanding and empathy for elderly people
