Tasks

Assist in organizing kitchen stations efficiently and effectively.
Prepare delicious dishes for à la carte and banquet services.
Help mentor our apprentices and maintain hygiene standards.

Skills

Must have completed a culinary apprenticeship as a Koch EFZ.
Strong teamwork and flexibility in a busy kitchen.
Excellent communication skills in German.

YOUR TASKS ARE

Support & assistance in organizing a kitchen station
Preparing and cooking dishes in the à la carte & banquet area
Assisting in supervising our apprentices
Compliance with the hygiene concept according to HACCP guidelines
