The ABC sports facility offers with its triple gymnasium and outdoor areas the possibility for training, championship games, and events, both for clubs and other organizers. The Lötschberg community center convinces with a recently renovated hall, a cozy burger lounge, and well-developed infrastructure, making it ideal for hosting a variety of events.

To strengthen our caretaker team, we are looking for a

Your area of responsibility

• Ensuring the preservation of value of the assigned facilities
• Monitoring and maintenance of technical systems
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities and independently carrying out minor repair work
• Monthly condition assessment
• Assistance in organizing bookings and maintenance work
• Assistance with the professional and personnel management of the small cleaning team
• Support with cleaning tasks
• Assistance with the preparation and follow-up of events at the Lötschberg community center
• Deputizing for the caretaker of another facility of the municipality of Spiez
• Weekend duty in other gymnasiums of our municipality

Your profile

• Craftsman vocational training
• Diploma "federal caretaker" or willingness to obtain it
• Willingness to work outside official working hours
• Outgoing personality
• Basic user knowledge in IT
