 - Ensuring continuous case management according to IAS
 - Responsible for case management and advising asylum seekers and refugees. Conducting client interviews, initial consultation, assistance with everyday problems, conflict resolution, mediation and arbitration
 - Coordinating, clarifying and referring to specialized agencies for issues beyond own responsibility
 - Developing and implementing measures for social integration
 - Taking responsibility for the completeness and correct physical and electronic file management. Taking responsibility for correct data entry / changes / case documentation

Requirements
- Completed training in social pedagogy / social work (HF/FH)
 - 0 to 1 year relevant professional experience
 - Cooperation and teamwork skills
 - Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with people from different backgrounds
 - Ability to independently implement social interventions
 - Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
 - Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record, or special private extract)
 - German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
